Operating Principle
Vertical lifting container is a new generation of automatic storage equipment with pallet as the storage unit, which quickly takes the pallet for storing material to front of the operator or into a suitable cargo box in the warehouse, through the lifting and grabbing motion of extractor. In the delivery of goods, the height sensors located at both sides of access port identify the height of entering material so that the system can automatically select the optimum storage position for the pallet. Various materials of different heights can be stored.
Users can freely and efficiently make full use of inner space of warehouse. The product covers a small area and fully uses the height space of warehouse in vertical direction and is easy, simple, and quick to access.
The vertical lifting container has several operation modes including single-machine automatic control and on-line automatic control and so on. The management monitoring system adopts the network structure and can be connected with ERP to realize warehouse material informatization management.

The access port is designed with safety light curtain and is provided with an internal automatic safety door between the access port and the lifting channel. In the lifting operation of extractor, the access door is always closed;
